Meet Valetta Sullivan: A member of the Kiper Team

Valetta received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the College of St. Francis and is currently working on her M.B.A. and M.A. Degrees from Webster University.  Valetta enjoys learning and attends numerous classes in the Real Estate industry in order to offer the best possible service and knowledge to the clients of The Kiper Team.

Prior to entering the Real Estate Industry, Valetta retired from the City of St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department. She has been in and around the real estate industry for many years and has worn many hats. Valetta began her introduction to real estate by rehabbing homes in St. Louis City and County.  After arming herself with the skills and knowledge about homes, Valetta decided to work as a buyers’ agent for The Kiper Team.

•    Graduate Home Inspector Certificate
•    ASHI Standards and Ethics exam
•    National Home Inspector examination.
•     Real Estate and Broker Licenses

Valetta Sullivan is an integral member of The Kiper Team. "The skills I learned are put to use for the good of my clients, both buyers and sellers, to make the home purchase and sale a stress free and pleasant experience." 
Valetta currently heads the Vendor Management division of The Kiper Team's REO division.
