Meet Rachel Winckowski: A member of the Kiper Team

Rachel Winckowski is an integral member of The Kiper Team. Licensed for over 5 years, Rachel has been a buyers agent for the majority of her time in the industry.   Rachel also has her ABR designation and is a multi-million dollar Real Estate Agent. Born and Raised in St. Louis, Rachel has had the opportunity to live in many different areas of town which provides her with a wide base of knowledge for working with buyers.

Rachel  has experience in both the St. Louis and Kansas City markets and previously worked with investors selling rehabbed homes to first time home-buyers.  Being a part of The Kiper Team she has enjoyed the listing side of real estate.  She finds that her experience working with buyers benefits the sellers in today’s ever changing market.  Prior to Real Estate, Rachel has a background in the airline industry and accounting. Her customer service skills shine through when working with her clients.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family. My children keep me busy in my 'down' time.  We love to “tour St. Louis” and visit the many attractions this city has to offer.   My children are very active in sports, non-profit organizations and in school and after school programs.  I LOVE watching Cardinal games and reading mystery novels in my spare time.
