Kiper Team News

I found a great article that is very informational and can help ease the mind of homeowners dealing with distress mortgages and worried about becoming homeless because of a foreclosure.  All around the country homeowners are facing foreclosures, we have all seen it and probably know someone that this has happened too. In fact foreclosures are becoming so common that in places where you see a high number of foreclosures the banks often abandon the foreclosure.  Real estate professional are actually giving this situation a name "bank walkaways". In many of these cases homeowners are leaving the property thinking that the property has been foreclosed on and find out that the bank has neglected to finish the foreclosure.
