Meet Lee Patterson: A member of The Kiper Team Lee Patterson is The Client Care Manager and Office Manager for The Kiper Team. She joined the Kiper Team in 2004 and has been in real estate for the past 5 years.
She began her education and training by obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University in Human Development and Family Studies and went on to earn her Master of Arts Degrees in both Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Louisiana. After living in both Indiana and Louisiana she decided to pursue her therapy career in Minnesota where she lived for almost three years before returning to her hometown of St. Louis.
Upon returning to St. Louis, Lee decided to put her communication, listening and problem solving skills to work and she went to work at a Staffing Agency. She worked in a variety of capacities assisting applicants through the application process for obtaining work. She helped with reviewing resumes, obtaining job histories and placing applicants in positions on short term projects as well as managing employees doing shift work on a large project, processing time-sheets and payroll and other office functions.
The transition to real estate came when Lee decided that she wanted to move into a field where she could still work with clients directly, but on a more personal basis. A friend suggested looking into Real Estate sales and the rest, as they say is history.

I am in the office Monday through Friday working hard to get all clients, buyers and sellers to successful closings. With my experience in real estate, I can answer your questions as a buyer or as a seller. In my spare time, I am an avid jewelry maker. I work with semi precious gems and sterling silver. The work is not only rewarding, but relaxing. I also loves to curl up with a good book. MY wonderful husband and I love spending time with our new born baby girl.
