As a Real Estate Professional for over 14 Years she has the experience and knowledge to handle any real estate transaction from Residential to Commercial. Debi got her start in the City of St. Louis and hasn't stopped expanding her areas of
expertise since. She entered the Real Estate Profession within the Re/Max System and has never left. Her first year in real estate she won the Executive Award and in the years following earned the 100% Club Award. In the last four years she have been honored with the Platinum Award.
Debi's dedication to her clients and profession constantly demands continuing education to keep up with the ever changing world of Real Estate. Debi continuously attends classes and seminars offered by the St. Louis Board of Realtors and travels the country attending Real Estate Seminars. This has become ever more important in the changing world of Real Estate in the past few years and because of her desire to stay on top of the Industry Debi has become one of the top experts in foreclosures and short sales in the St. Louis market. She has earned the designations of ABR, GRI, CDPE and has obtained her Broker's License.
In order to further assist her ever growing client base, Debi decided to form The Kiper Team. The team structure allows for the combination of skills and experience of multiple agents. Each agent has their own place in the team, but the team functions as a whole. This team structure allows us to provide the highest level of knowledge and customer service available in the industry. We also constantly implement new procedures as well as using tried and true methods to provide the most for our clients. We have an excellent BPO Department which provides timely and accurate evaluations. We take pride in selling and closing properties quickly.
Debi has made an impact in the St. Louis Real Estate Industry. She received the RE/MAX Concept Award in 2006. In 2007 Debi was awarded the honor of being added to the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. In 2008 she became the number #2 team at Re/Max Properties West and the #8 Team in the Region.

When not in the office or running around to properties, I enjoys spending time with my 5 children and my 7 beautiful grandchildren. I always says "It's time consuming to be a grandma, but oh so much fun!!!" I also takes time for my tiny toy Chihuahua Diva and not so tiny Great Dane, Duchess as well as my beautiful blue and gold Macaw Tucker. My flair for design also keeps me pretty busy. I’m constantly doing home repairs and remodeling as well as designing landscaping for my home and others.
